Partner & Installation Policy.
Some services connected with the Heating Plan may be arranged or delivered through suitably qualified engineers, installation partners or other third-party service providers. This page explains how partner-delivered services are described on the isnuüg website.
1. Installation services
Where installation is required, work is arranged through suitably qualified engineers or installation partners. Gas work must be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
2. Partner responsibility
Where services are provided by a partner or third party, their own terms, privacy policies and service agreements may apply. Users should review those policies carefully before entering into any agreement.
3. Installer checks
Installation partners or engineers are expected to hold the relevant qualifications, registrations and permissions required for the work they carry out. Gas-related work must be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
4. Role of isnuüg
Emerald Green Energy Ltd trading as isnuüg may introduce, arrange or coordinate services connected with the Heating Plan, but specific installation, finance, servicing or maintenance obligations may be governed by the relevant finance agreement, partner terms or service agreement.
5. Customer agreements
Before proceeding, customers should review their quote, finance agreement, partner service terms and any applicable warranty or maintenance terms.
