Platinum and above adds priority call-outs, whilst Diamond keeps a continuous service history so the same record follows your boiler across visits. Each plan includes a specific boiler brand; Ideal, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant respectively.

No. Prices shown are 'from' prices and apply for the first 12 months. Your actual monthly payment may vary depending on your home, chosen package, quote and finance agreement. Payments increase annually by 3.99% or inflation, whichever is higher.

Do I need a smart thermostat, and which ones does isnuüg support?

A smart thermostat isn't required, but isnuüg plans are compatible with major smart thermostats including Tado and Hive.

Who carries out the installation?

Where installation is required, work is arranged through suitably qualified engineers or installation partners. Gas work must be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Partner terms, privacy policies and service agreements may apply.
