What happens next?

  1. 1

A surveyor visits your property to take a floor plan and inspect radiators, windows and pipe sizing.

  2. 2

They photograph your existing heating system and plan with you where the heat pump and cylinder will go.

  3. 3

We complete room-by-room heat loss calculations to size the right heat pump and note any upgrades needed.

  4. 4

We produce a detailed report, email it to you, and apply for your Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) voucher as an MCS accredited installer.

  5. 5

Funding approval takes no less than 14 days. Once your proposal is signed we confirm an installation date.
